Anders Walter, Writer / Director / Executive Producer
Danish Academy Award winning director and screenwriter. For many years he worked as an illustrator for comic books and storyboards for films and commercials. In 2017 his first US feature, I KILL GIANTS premiered at the Toronto Film Festival. Prior to his feature debut, he directed four short films, with HELIUM winning the Academy Award for best “Live action short” in 2014. 9 METER, another short film by Walter also got recognised by the Academy Awards by being shortlisted in the same category in 2013. He is currently in production on a Danish WW2 feature.
Pipaluk K. Jørgensen co-directer of IVALU. Pipaluk K. Jørgensen is an award winning Greenlandic filmmaker (director and writer). Her feature debut, ANORI, was the first Greenlandic feature film by a female director and won the emerging filmmaker award at imagineNATIVE Film + Media Arts Festival in 2018, a Hollywood Film Festival Silver Award, and the People’s Choice Award at Maoriland Film Festival. Pipaluk was assistant director to Per Fly on acclaimed Danish hit-series BORGEN. She is an imagineNATIVE and Netflix screenwriter talent lab alumni with THIS ROAD OF MINE, and an executive producer and writer on SMILLA’S SENSE OF SNOW, an upcoming TV-series produced by German production company Constantin Film.
