Giuseppe Carleo was born in Palermo in 1988. He studied at Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome where he graduated in acting. In 2012 he studied film direction at Centro Sperimentale as well. That’s when he started exploring his Sicilian origins, a big source of inspiration for his work.
