Born Wladimir, son of Valdemar, a modest gravedigger. The father sends his son to the strange craft, family tradition, to dig his own grave that will serve his tombstone. In fulfilling that spiritual value, the time spent between parent and child softens the sadness of death and becomes the descendant resigned to continue the dying legacy.
Director Bio: Bruno Laet studied Cinema Arts at Gama Filho University in Rio de Janeiro under the direction of Ruy Guerra, and soon was contributing to his film projects as a screenwriter. He attended workshops with Adriana Falcão and Jose Sinisterra between 2007 and 2008. Directed four shorts, “7.30” in 2009, in 2011 received the award of Best Director at Cine MuBE – SP, for his second short, the documentary “Brazil by Pero Vaz de Caminha”, in 2013 directed “Arca” and in 2015 the last one “Atotô”. Is co-writer with Ruy Guerra in the script feature film entitled, “Almost memory”.
