In a lower class neighborhood in Rome there is a barber who believes to conspiracy theories. He is the laughing stock for his family and at work. Nobody takes him seriously until he gets arrested by the police. A family story about a man seeking for attention and love from his family, that ends up contaminating the whole neighborhood with the virus of conspiracy theories.

Director
Valerio Ferrara was born in Rome in 1996. After studying piano and composition, he graduated in History of Art and Drama at Sapienza Università di Roma. He has studying film directing at Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia. He collaborated as assistant director of Marco Bellocchio in Marx può aspettare and now in the last film La Conversione. His short film Notte romana premiered at 78th Venice international Film Festival and the last short film Il Barbiere Complottista is in the official competition of La Cinef at the Cannes Film Festival.
